I have bought 2 carts here in the last two years. I have loved both carts and felt that they were fairly priced and great quality.

However, when I need support they never answer the phone and when they do they do not return your calls.

Great products, great people.... way past time to hire sales people so the owners/managers can manage rather than run around like chickens with their heads cut off.

I've left four messages with the older guy and the lady that occasionally answered the phone. NO CALL BACKS YET. And I'm trying to spend money again.

I bought my golf cart from Golf Carts Ca 7 Months ago. They have serviced my cart very well. All of my fellow golfers proudly own these carts because they run well and look great. The owner and employees are great and take care of all our needs. If you want a great looking cart and an owner that stands behind what he sells, be it carts, batteries or yearly service this is the place to get it. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION ANYWHERE. Great service they are the absolute BEST !!!
They built us a 2018 EZGo, 48volt, 4 seater golf cart from the bottom up.
Totally custom, gorgeous, and beyond beautiful ! Chino is by far the very best in Orange County.Him and his crew handled everything completely professionally, as well as the tough job of getting it registered and fully street legal. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their product and does the job right the 1st time.

We bought our golf cart in May of 2021. We got a 2021 6 seater EZ! We love the golf cart and the awesome owners SERVICE. They are easy to work with...that being said we started having issues with our brand new cart with only 18.7 hour on it. Scott quickly got it picked up from our house and back to the shop for diagnosing. Mitchell in service has sent us a few status emails and unfortunately we are just without a golf cart until he's able to locate a part that will hopefully fix the issue.

Just bought it but seems great so far and got the cart way faster than I thought I would. Only issue would be is it ran out of juice after a minimal drive once I first got it. Not sure if it wasn't fully charged on delivery or if the new batteries just needed to get broken in. Recharged and it's been fine since.

Great cart and quick delivery. Wish delivery person would have taken time to go over cart with my wife since she accepted it. So far so good and very happy with it. I am still waiting for the certificate of origin or title.
